With a wider release of the 380 inbound, it’d normally be safe to assume the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 would be coming to close to the end of its run, but with its popularity still yet to hit its peak, the Three Stripes can’t quite let go. Ushering in vibrant colorways for the holiday season after a re-release of one of its most universally liked, the silhouette is now taking on neutrals once again as an opener for the new decade.

After the “Azael” released late last month, the adidas Yeezy 700 v3 has had a relatively slow start to 2020, with adjacent adidas Yeezy models the likes of the 350 v2 and 380 already with their fair share of starters in the works. Ostensibly slowing down its distribution and giving it a bit more potency per each new drop, the silhouette has only recently emerged in a neutral black scheme whose release will likely go down in the coming months.

Teased only yesterday in a brighter toned “Bone” makeover, the Yeezy 700 MNVN reveals itself in yet another version that will be releasing this year in the form of a triple black colorway. Similar to the Yeezy 700 v2 “Vanta”, this updated rendition looks to be going for a tonal-focused outfit by dressing up its entire body in a singular black hue.

One of the integral pieces in adidas Yeezy‘s 2020 game plan, the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 “Yeshaya” opens up the month of February with a mostly neutral take on the silhouette, going forth with trends such as the omission of heel pulls, the addition of the subtle striping placed atop the gum bottom, and yet another drop in the series’ batch of reflective upgrades.
Spring 2020
After closing out the year with some of its most colorful — e.g. the Yeezreel, Yecheil, and Yeshaya — it seems all will be back to business for adidas Yeezy as they make a return to their more natural inspirations in 2020. Instead of bright sesames and tans, however, the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 is going mostly au naturale in what the brand bluntly dubs “Earth.”
